Transparent Solutions was founded in 1999 by Andrew Lawrence, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). After nearly two decades of working in the IT field, Andrew recognized a pattern among companies without a dedicated support service. When a system crashed or something broke, a high-priced technician would come in to fix it, leaving the company with a sky-high bill and no idea how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Recognizing the need for an alternative to these expensive emergency services, Andrew founded Transparent, basing his business model on comprehensive, proactive IT support at a flat-rate monthly fee.
Based in Vancouver, Transparent focuses on establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Instead of banking on your system failures, our success is measured by your stability. Rather than sit around and wait to profit from your problems, we work to prevent them. When you partner with us, your flat-rate monthly fee is an investment in the health, protection, and optimization of your systems and data.
At Transparent, our goals are the same as yours: smooth, reliable systems that help you achieve optimum productivity and profitability. Your employees will be free to focus on what’s most important-their jobs and your business-instead of spending valuable hours troubleshooting hardware, software, or network problems.
The best part is, our solutions are tailored to the unique needs of your business. We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” mentality. Our flexible, scalable packages are designed to grow with you, ensuring a long-lasting alliance based on trust, expertise, and security.
To provide peace of mind for small business owners. To work with them as a trusted advisor to develop high quality and innovative business solutions. Through expert knowledge, experience, integrity and ingenuity, Transparent Solutions will ensure that its customers information systems are always available, scalable, and secure.
